The calendar has been professionally printed and distributed, and on sale each year to the public via the Avalanche Publishing official webpages and in retail outlets across the United States, Canada and United Kingdom.
A calendar for the year 2010 has been published, and is available to buy through various retailers and on Amazon.com.
